Gluten-Free Snacky Stocking Stuffers

Besides barbells, eating may be my next favorite thing. Since we already covered some gift ideas for the barbell lovers out there, let’s talk about the eating lovers (which is everyone!). I think that little snack-y items make awesome stocking stuffers because who hates free snacks?! No one.

Here are a few snack items that have been in heavy rotation around my house that would be great stocking stuffers:

SR Bars

I’ve talked a bit about these bars before but I can’t stress how much I love these things! They’re one of the very few non-junk protein bars out there and they’re a local company to me (locating in Virginia Beach just a few hours away). And full disclosure, I’m a sponsored athlete by SR Bars. You all know I’m extremely selective about what I review/attach my name to and this company is just awesome. Plus – walnut apple pie flavor. Enough said. Get some! (P.S. Get 10% off when you use the code “GABBY”)

Epic Bars

I recently tried these for the first time through Relay Foods (affiliate link) after reading several rave reviews from fans. I’m a big time jerky lover and savory snack fan so their product sounded right up my alley and I was right. These bars are ah-mazing. They’ve have become an absolute staple for me during the week when I’m busy – I’m partial to the beef and bison bars myself.

SunCups

SunCups reached out to me about reviewing a few of their products since they know my nut butter/chocolate addiction runs deep. They sent me several flavors of their nut-free, gluten-free goodies and I may have developed a bit of an obsession. Their regular flavors were good but the caramel and mint flavors were out-of-this-world amazing. I regularly have some sort of candy treat after my intense Friday session and these treats did not disappoint. Plus, these are a great options for those who avoid nuts and want a treat with more natural, recognizable ingredients. I love the company’s concept and their products – I highly recommend.

Here are a few recipes that would be great stocking stuffers:

No-bake Gingerbread Truffles : These easy truffles are festive looking, grain-free, and take mere minutes to make.

Coconut butter: Package with a small spoon and instructions to simply eat all of it.

Peppermint Meringues: Classic meringues are the perfect stocking stuffer when packaged in a cute jar or festive bag.

Homemade jerky:  A nice savory snack that is easy to make with a little time and patience – plus, you can make a big batch and have some for yourself!

Homemade almond butter: You can add various flavors like maple, cinnamon, cocoa, and honey to create something unique.

And of course, gift cards to places like Whole Foods or online companies always make great stocking stuffers for your fellow food lovers ;)

Mmmmm. These are all great ideas. I love meringues, but I don’t make them any more, because practicing portion control with them is a little hard, haha.
