Volume back squats, volume strict press, & pull ups.

Post-workout essentials.

Most gigantic breakfast of my life. Volume back squats = volume hunger.

Drinking tea & watching The Walking Dead in bed.

Relaxing in bed and falling asleep around 10 – I was exhausted.
