So…I’m on a bit of Christmas cookie/baking bender right now. In case you didn’t notice by the copious amounts of baking posted on my Instagram (Find me at gabbysgfree!)yesterday.
Grain-free sugar cookies (used this recipe from Urban Poser – fantastic). Then I dipped them in chocolate. And then I made bark out of the leftover chocolate. Yeah, there is no foreseeable end in sight.

I’m slightly obsessed with all things gingerbread – I love the spicy, molasses flavors and gingerbread cookies have always been my favorite. The other day I had a major gingerbread craving and didn’t feel like making cookies so I decided to try making some “no bake” truffles instead.
