Fourth of July is tomorrow which means everyone’s priorities will be something akin to: sun, pool, friends, margaritas.
There are tons of cookouts and BBQs to be attended and lots of dishes to made so let’s keep it short and sweet. Here are some gluten-free minimal/no cook (and a few oven worthy) recipes that you can whip up to bring to any celebration that you’re headed to today – because let’s face it, it’s too hot to cook. These are great for sharing with a crowd or bringing for yourself if you know you won’t be able to safely eat at the event. Always remember to keep a diligent eye on cross contamination (serve yourself first if you need to) and have fun!
P.S. I recommend sipping on this boozy lemonade or maybe a peach basil margarita while you’re at it.
