I spent the majority of Sunday at Richmond’s first Food Truck Derby enjoying the beautiful weather and delicious food. Rather than recap the entire event, which was mostly spent mingling, observing, and tasting, I’ll just leave you with some photos that hit the highlights which include tacos from Boka Truck, mango & pina colada Soul Ice, and lemon basil marshmallow samples from Dollop!
Also, I’m feeling vintage-y. A food truck derby just seems to need vintage photoshop actions, no?

It was fun but suuuuper crowded!
